We collect the following data when you use Tripalium:

Account information: email address, name

Profile data: professional information you provide (skills, experiences, education)

CV uploads: documents you upload for parsing

Application data: job applications created and sent through the platform

Usage data: how you interact with the platform

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

- Match you with relevant job openings

- Generate personalized cover letters and applications

- Send applications on your behalf

- Track application status and employer responses

- Improve our matching algorithms

Data Storage

All data is stored on European servers (Hetzner, Germany). We do not transfer your data outside the EU.

Data Retention

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

AI Processing: We use OpenAI and Anthropic APIs for CV parsing and application generation. Data sent to these services is not retained by them for training.

Email: Application emails are sent via our self-hosted SMTP server.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

- Access your personal data

- Correct inaccurate data

- Delete your data

- Export your data

- Object to processing

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies are used.
