- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before submission

- You must not use the platform for spam or fraudulent applications

- Auto-apply features send applications on your behalf — ensure your settings reflect your preferences

3. AI-Generated Content

Cover letters, application messages, and CV adaptations are generated by AI based on your profile and the job description. While we strive for accuracy, you should review generated content. Tripalium is not responsible for the content of AI-generated applications.

4. Account

- One account per person

- You must be at least 18 years old

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

5. Intellectual Property

Your profile data, CV, and personal information remain your property. AI-generated content (cover letters, messages) is licensed to you for use in job applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tripalium is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

- That you will receive interviews or job offers

- The accuracy of job listings from third-party sources

- Uninterrupted service availability

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
